Iqbal and his staff were so warm and welcoming! They went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay! I was welcomed with delicious pineapple juice and a pastry. I ended extending my stay because it was such a warm and cozy place to spend a few days at the beach. Beach access is a few meters away. Iqbal also arranged surf lessons to peanut farm and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best surf coach I’ve ever had! The room was very clean and spacious with hangers for wet clothes and storage. The hammocks outside each room are a very nice touch and relaxing. Each morning, the breakfast was very good and tasty! Lots of fresh fruit! Whatever you need, Iqbal and his team will take care of. Had a lot of nice chats with Iqbal. He will be missed! Wish I could stay for longer. Will definitely be back to this cozy piece of paradise.

He was thoughtful and took care of everything we needed, and I can’t recommend him enough!!! Ris you are the best and don’t change!

Situated 300 metres from Arugam Bay Beach, Starfish Cabbana offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. The biggest bed ever and very comfortable. Gardens are well taken care of and adds a nice privacy to the room. Very clean room and bathroom. We were greeted by amazing and super friendly hosts who gave us complementary coffee. Tuktuk parking behind a gate which was awesome for us. Very clean place and kitchen that you can use and store and cook food in if needed. We really loved our stay here. Host gave us great recommendations for food places and sight seeing. I would stay again. Thank you 🙏

Aqua Blue is right next to the beach, like 50 m away, and in a more quiet location. If you go to the main street, you can sometimes see the 'local' elephant in the marsh nearby. The place is clean, has AC and everything you need, even a hammock to chill in. Basheer is always there to help you with pretty much everything you need. The breakfast is very good and the cappuccino, one of the best in Sri Lanka. I totally recommend Aqua Blue!

Ask for the safari because his prices are very competitive! We really felt welcome and at home.
