One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in Asia. Comfortable and spacious bed, clean sheets and towel, a curtain that provides full privacy, and a very bright light. The room is very large, and they have big lockers to store all your stuff—even space to hang your clothes. Each bed has a power outlet with all types of adapters. They offer free tea and water, as well as free cookies, sweets, and fruit. There are tissues and trash bins available throughout the hostel to maintain cleanliness. Showers come with shampoo and shower gel, hot water, and plenty of space. Everything is very clean and comfortable, and the staff is super friendly. 1000/10

I’ve stayed at four hotels in Laos, and when I arrived here, I couldn’t help but say wow! The hotel is absolutely charming, with beautiful, comfortable rooms and full amenities. Everything in the room is modern and useful. The WiFi and TV allow access to YouTube, Netflix, and more. The bathroom is spacious, with strong hot water, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I honestly had the best night’s sleep since arriving in Laos. There’s even an air purifier and a stainless steel water bottle provided. The hotel is quite peaceful at night, and the room has a window, making it airy and refreshing. In the morning, the early sunlight shines into the room beautifully. The staff speak fluent English and are incredibly friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near Patuxay Park, as well as local markets and eateries where Lao people often dine. A huge thank you to the hotel for such a wonderful experience!

Located in the centre of Nong Khai City and beside the Mekong River, Mut Mee Garden Guest House is only a 5-minute walk from Tha Sadej Indochina Market. I arrived 5 hours late in the middle of the night and the owner communicated promptly. Met me in the wee hours of the morning to get me into my room. The setting is beautiful along the river overlooking Laos, gorgeous gardens, great staff, excellent food at the restaurant….what more can a person ask for… thank you Mut Mee!

Terletak di Nong Khai, 4-minit berjalan kaki dari Pasar Tha Sadet, Demi house mempunyai penginapan berhawa-dingin dan taman. A really nice little house to stay in nong khai. Close to the river and the Saturday market. The bedroom was nice and cold with the aircon. The self check in and check out was really convenient. Would stay again!

Our host Nick went out of his way to look after us. We were heading for Laos and he gave us a ride to the border crossing (we gave him a small fee) and let us leave our car at his house until we returned. Also gave us a free breakfast which we weren't expecting. This room is a building within his own property so it is very quiet, secure and private.

Located within 600 metres of Laos National Museum and 900 metres of Wat Sisaket, Mekong Riverside features rooms in Vientiane. Nice area. Close to the night market and river. Lovely staff and everyone can speak English very well.

Villa Sisavad Guesthouse provides comfortable rooms, a 10-minute drive from Mekong River. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, it also has free Wi-Fi and on-site parking facilities. Very clean and comfortable hotel in Vientiane - clean room, bed, and linen. Great AC. Swimming pool. Free water refills. The hosts were friendly and delightful.
