Everything was perfect. The rooms were comfortable. The food was super delicious. The location is super beautiful. The views from the stay was amazing by the riverside.. They even came to pick me up for free. The beautiful lonely Beach is like 30 mins walk away.

It's situated in a charming local neighborhood filled with delightful restaurants and bars. Ellen's house is spacious, featuring a large lobby where you can work, relax, or enjoy a coffee—Ellen even has a real coffee maker! The entrance is impeccably clean, just like the rest of the house. The room only had a fan, but that wasn't an issue; the window with a net screen provided fantastic ventilation. The cold water in the bathroom wasn't as cold as you might expect, but it was at a pleasant temperature. If you need hot water in a shower, it's conveniently available downstairs, there is bathroom you can use. There's also a kitchen where you can prepare a sandwich or slice some fruit to enjoy on a plate. Everything is tidy and user-friendly. You can also make free refill of your bottles! And there is also a fridge to store your meal / cool your bottles... You can pay by card upon your arrival at the property. It's just a short walk from the pier, but I wouldn't recommend bringing a suitcase; a backpack is much more practical due to the lack of regular roads. One of the highlights of M'Pai village is definitely the food. There are numerous fantastic restaurants! After my experience in Koh Rong, where finding good food was a challenge, this felt like a culinary paradise. Seapony is perfect for breakfast, while Dragonfly is great for drinks and light meals—especially their baba ganoush with flatbread! I ended up extending my stay because the location was simply wonderful. For 5usd you can take a water taxi to other beaches but I prefered M´Pai vibes.

Bunnan Bungalows offers accommodations in Koh Rong Island. Guests can enjoy meals at the in-house restaurant or have a drink at the bar. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Bunan Bungalows are heaven. You can really enjoy a fantastic quiet time in great value, spotless clean bungalows and eat all day in the yummy restaurant. Prices are very fair and all the family is happy to help with everything. We previously had a very disappointing stay in Koh Touch and are so happy to have come here and experience Koh Rong at its best.

Definitely worth a stay here if you want a break from the busy life. This is a little piece of heaven, a 40 minute Tuk Tuk drive from the main strip of Koh Rong. Staying on a floating bungalow on the mangrove, you can take a free Kayak whenever you want and go around the mangrove or to the sea. You can volunteer to teach local children English, which was a great experience. A great place to recharge, with nice food places around the property and gorgeous nature and scenery to surround you. Couldn’t recommend it more.

These bungalows exceeded my wildest expectations. This is exactly the quiet oasis I was looking for. Located on a peaceful part of the island with rustic bungalows that have an unbelievable amount of care and detail to them. From the extra towels to the refillable water, coffee/tea, mini fridge, mosquito net and even citronella sticks. John (the owner) is extremely sweet and even offers snorkeling gear. I wasn't expecting too much from the reef here cause I was here during rainy season but was very pleasantly surprised. Most importantly there are two hammock pavilions with an amazing view! Could not possibly ask for anything else!

MPai Bay is a small place but we would have had to go on private tours to do all the things we did if we hadn't had Sam's advice.

The sound of nature is so peaceful. We enjoyed so much our stay there and the owner are extremely nice, you will feel like at home!

I highly recommend staying at Seashell when staying in M’pai Bay! The location is perfect, close to restaurants and the ferry. Short easy walk to the big beautiful beach near town. I loved that they organize activities each day like game night or bonfire on the beach to bring everyone together and socialize. Also recommend eating at the Cambodian Kitchen behind the hostel, bonus they’ll even deliver lunch or dinner to the hostel!

Great facilities, incredible location and the friendliness staff and people, even a very lovely cat called Bruno, comfortable beds with mosquito nets and good food!! We rented kayaks from one of the shops by the beach and spent a day on the small island opposite and another day we went on a beautiful walk across the island to another remote beach, seeing hornbills and monkeys! I can not wait to come back
