The "russian market" is next door with some surrounding, more traditional khmer style resaurants, fair warning there is obviously a lot of animal product around the market.

I was with my 5-year-old. They gave us the ground floor and he could just go outside the room and play at the billiards table. They even had a short cue stick for him. The shower was heated. The room was able to get very dark at night with curtains.

The staff and owner were really nice and welcoming. They had a bar downstairs that also had live performances every night at 8. It's at a great location, within walking distance to the grand Palace and near the river.

If you’re looking for somewhere affordable, friendly, and full of good energy, this is absolutely the place to be. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
