Andy and the staff at Dark Horse are helpful and friendly. The accommodation feels so cozy, it's a home away from home. I stayed in the hostel room and it's very clean and comfortable. There is even a TV in my little space that I could watch Youtube and Netflix on. They provide free transport to Happo-one, Goryu and Sanosaka ski resorts. If you want to go to the other ski resorts, the staff can drop you at Happo Bus Terminal where you can catch the free shuttle bus. Free breakfast is also provided.

The house is not only beautiful but also exceptionally clean and comfortable. We especially recommend dining at the restaurant—the curry was truly one of the best I’ve ever had.

I absolutely loved my stay. The house was clean and my room was very comfortable. The common area was also very tidy and nice; I had a fun evening with a Japanese family who was spending the night there. The host is amazing and very caring - he used a little device to communicate with me in my native language, and at some point he even offered to drive me to a sento (which would have been a 30min walk). 5 stars!

Nawate Guesthouse mempunyai lounge berkongsi, teres, restoran dan bar di Matsumoto. This place was just what we were looking for: a comfortable accomodation close to the main attractions of Matsumoto. We stayed in the family room and found all the facilities clean and new. The staff was lovely

The place is very clean, and the amenities are extremely comfortable. The hosts are incredibly kind—they even picked me up from the Liyama station. This is an excellent accommodation if you’re planning to go skiing, as the host is kind enough to drive you to the Liyama station, where you can catch a bus to your preferred ski resort.
