Property was clean and comfortable. Also the host was very kind and cooperative. We did late check in which was also smooth and the food was also good. Host also offered us complimentary ride to the nearest station. Also gave us apples on our way back. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

Excellent accommodation. Everything was superb clean and neat. Hosts were extremely accommodating especially with us changing our bookings twice. Highly recommend.

Nawate Guesthouse mempunyai lounge berkongsi, teres, restoran dan bar di Matsumoto. Excellent location, excellent cleanliness and excellent staff. Easy 10 minute walk to trains and buses. Very nice cafe and live music. Perfect for any occasion.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Appartement really spacious for Japanese standards, modern, clean, well equipped. Location not very near to train station, but easy (and affordable!) to catch a taxi at the train station. We came by car; free parking available. Quiet location, large supermarket nearby. Matsumoto is a great travellers' hub for day trips nearby.

The staff were eager to help with any request of ours, a short notice late checkout during the high season only came at a slight fee and they let us store ice cream in the freezer. The daily breakfast was delicious, with homegrown rice and their own family pickled Nozawana recipe. The rooms were a warm respite from the Nozawaonsen cold. Togoro is next to an onsen which we'd recommend using as much as possible. Togoro is next to one of the bus stops on the line from Iiyama station. We couldn't recommend Togoro more and wish the family which runs it all the best in their business.

I really enjoyed the stay in 遊来る guest house, even though I didn’t get too much time to look around, as I arrived late, I had a chance to have a pleasant chat with the owners. Also they were very kind to send me one item that I accidentally left in the room after checking out. Thank you so much!

Boasting a garden, terrace, shared lounge and free WiFi, The Guest House Japan Hakuba is situated in Hakuba, 2.8 km from Hakuba Iwatake Ski Area and 16 km from Hakuba Cortina Ski Area. This is the most warm and homely place. Even my own house feels cold and uninviting now that I have stayed in the Guest House. The Guest House is without a doubt the best place I’ve stayed in my life and I wish Koji and Chikako were my real parents. Jake and Anna were amazing friends and made sure we were well looked after despite our best efforts to blunder our way through the week. Couldn’t recommend staying here more!!
