The town itself is full of charm, and this accommodation made our stay even more special. It is conveniently located just a short 8-minute walk from the free parking lot (P7). The room was modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with excellent heating—perfect for a cozy stay. What impressed us the most was the thoughtful touch of preparing fresh flowers in my wife’s favorite color, which made us feel truly welcomed. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montepulciano!

The bed was very comfortable and the home was extremely clean. We are walking the Via Francigena and the location is just off the trail. The host recommended an Italian restaurant for dinner and the food and service was very, very good. The host made us breakfast in the morning and it was a typical Italian breakfast with fresh bread, meats, cheeses, yogurt, granola, fresh fruits and delicious hot coffee with milk. The room had an adorable balcony with flowers. The bathroom had a spacious shower! The place to do laundry was only steps away from this home.
