We used Pienza as a base to explore Tuscany a bit, but Pienza was actually the best place we visited! Absolutely recommend.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the building is in a great location right in the city centre with plenty of restaurants and enotecas to visit. The staff was super helpful, sending us videos on how to get in and use amenities as well as sending us recommendations. We use the car valet service as well which is 100% needed if you come by car. Absolutely loved the little balcony by "reception" and the self service drink station.
