The room was spacious, modern and super clean, well equipped with everything one could possibly need. Instructions for check-in were clear and sent in advance. It was easy to find. There were a few parking places and nice outside area with trees and a terrace. The supermarket with wide choice of vegetables and fruits was nearby. The WiFi was working well, it just took us a while to find the password - it was in the bedroom in the wardrobe. The overall experience was above our expectation.

New House is an excellent place to stay if you need to be close to the airport but still away from the noise and close to restaurants and the beach. The best part about the place is the host. Michaela is super helpful and friendly.

Everything about the apartment was perfect. The room was big and neat. The host Stefano is a wonderful guy! He picked us from the airport, this came with a fee though. He assisted us excellently and made our stay great! Definitely visiting again. I Highly recommend!!

We were surprised at how quiet and comfortable the room was inspite of being located right downtown. It is a modern room in a old building and extremely well done. It is very close to the cruise port and an excellent place to stay prior to your cruise. Nicola was very helpful with dining recommendations and other advise. He will also take you directly to the cruise port to bypass the shuttle service.

It is close to the airport but far from the city of Rome like maybe 2 hours - you need to change 2 or 3 types of transport, other than that it was perfect.
