The room was spacious, modern and super clean, well equipped with everything one could possibly need. Instructions for check-in were clear and sent in advance. It was easy to find. There were a few parking places and nice outside area with trees and a terrace. The supermarket with wide choice of vegetables and fruits was nearby. The WiFi was working well, it just took us a while to find the password - it was in the bedroom in the wardrobe. The overall experience was above our expectation.

Host was very polite and helpful, quickly answering all our questions concerning directions and check in! He even took us to the airport at night! The furniture is new and clean, great snacks.

My stay at “The Fisherman’s House” was really good. When I arrived in Fiumicino Airport, I had a difficult time getting a taxi or Uber. But Stefano came to the rescue :) He was a really gentle and good man. While we were getting to the place, he gave me recommendations about the town as well. And my room at “The Fisherman’s House” was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. We were surprised at how quiet and comfortable the room was inspite of being located right downtown. It is a modern room in a old building and extremely well done. It is very close to the cruise port and an excellent place to stay prior to your cruise. Nicola was very helpful with dining recommendations and other advise. He will also take you directly to the cruise port to bypass the shuttle service.

My daughter and I arrived after a long flight from South Africa and to find such cleanliness and comfort was awesome. The room is large and for an overnight stay was suitable for what we needed - a king-size comfortable bed and a clean shower. After a quiet night we were fully rested. We made use of the kitchen by having a coffee when we arrived and the next morning, we enjoyed another cup by having outside on the large balcony. The arranged transport to the airport (which is close by) was on time and the driver was courteous and lovely.
