Frederica has exceptional taste so there are beautiful furnishings everywhere and every detail for your comfort is provided. We loved our coffee in the morning with the fresh cookies and savoury crackers she provided for us. The best part is Frederica herself! She is incredibly kind and so helpful in booking reservations and giving wonderful advice about what to see and do in Bologna and the best places to eat exceptional dinners. I will happily stay here again and can very enthusiastically recommend her beautiful guesthouse!

The bed was very comfortable, the bath was spacious and did not lack anything. The mini bar had just the right items in. And of course we will not forget the welcome gift from the host that was in the room when we arrived. Although it we we worried about the location, the bus station is just around the corner and suitable for all our destinations in the town

It is well-maintained accommodation in a great location, just 15 minutes away from the central square of Bologna. The transportation from train station has been fairly easy too with the nearest bus stops just few minutes away and without the need to make a change. The place itself is very quiet and clean. I have stayed in the single room only for one night and that was very comfortable and spacious, better than seen on the photos. The shared area seemed cosy as well, although I didn’t had much chance to spend time there during my short stay. I would definitely prefer this place again in the future.
