I had a truly wonderful stay at 9 Doors Hotel in Tbilisi. This charming boutique hotel is run by a lovely local family who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The family is always available and happy to help with anything you might need, and their hospitality really made my stay special. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of town, just a short walk from many of Tbilisi’s main attractions, cozy cafes, and lively streets. What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere - peaceful, inviting, and full of heart. It felt more like staying with friends than in a hotel. I can’t recommend 9 Doors Hotel enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Tbilisi!

The family are below at the entrance and there are 3 rooms and a small kitchen on the top floor. Kind of the very top. The family are lovely and very friendly. Very kind people. The rooms are lovely, warm and the views of Tbilisi are amazing. It's in an old courtyard, so those that love old traditional Tbilisi buildings will love it. I loved my stay here and I will definitely return. Highly recommended

Clean and very well run guesthouse in a pretty street. Full check-in details were sent the day before, so arriving late at night was no problem. The room and kitchen were well equipped and the host was lovely. Highly recommended!

Good place to stay and nice family here, right beside the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi and it’s quiet at night. BTW, their homemade wine taste really well.

I had an amazing stay here, great value for money! The neighborhood is beautiful and perfect for walks. The room is very clean (and it is cleaned every day), has everything one might need (including hair dryer, kettle with tea and coffee, mini-fridge, bathrobes and slippers). The bed is huge and comfortable. There is plenty of space to put your clothes/other stuff in. The bathroom is very nice and with a good lighting. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Check-in was very easy, and the host replied to the messages very fast.
