The host family was very welcoming and provided us with everything we needed. Breakfast and dinner were fresh and delicious. Since the accommodation was a bit farther from the city center, free transportation was provided (my legs are very grateful!). The house was still undergoing renovations, but that didn’t bother us at all.

The guesthouse’s location is superb, next to the church and the start of the hiking trail to Shkhara glacier. The village’s panorama viewpoint is just 3 minutes walk away, and you can be there easily in the early morning before the tourists arrive. The rooms are clean with stupendous views and en suite bathroom. Mamuka’s mother is a whiz in the kitchen: we booked dinner and breakfast with her during our 2 night stay and every meal was delicious. Home-made jams, milk from the family cows, produce from their garden and so on. Mamuka was also very responsive and helpful with advice and booking of transfer vehicle, and we learnt a lot about life in the mountains.

Great place to stay in Mestia. Clean rooms, a pleasant area outside the building with a hammock and views to the mountains surrounding Mestia, a very helpful owner and a cute little dog :)

You can see whole Mestia valley and mountains around. It takes about 15 minutes by foot to get there from center of Mestia.

The hosts are fantastic. The room nice and clean. The food superb and wine excellent. Highly recommend also having dinner and trying all the wines! 😋

Very bright, spacious and comfortable room with a great view from the balcony. The host was very friendly and cooked us a delicious dinner. Will definitely come back again!

Kokhta guest house On the mountain mempunyai kolam renang luaran bermusim, taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres di Jvari. We want the Kokhta family to adopt us. It was so nice. Can 100% recommend. The dinner is amazing.

We recently had a great experience of staying at White House Nakani in Mestia, and we cannot express enough how exceptional our experience was. From the moment we arrived until the day of departure, the warmth and genuine hospitality extended by the owner, Lali, made my stay truly unforgettable. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious homemade breakfast prepared by Lali herself. The local dishes she served were not only a delightful culinary experience shows her dedication to providing an authentic and enriching stay.

The property is a family house, located at the center of the village. The staff was very welcoming and gentle and the property was amazingly clean. Breakfast was one of the best I had in Georgia.
