Terletak di Batumi, 2.7km dari Pantai Batumi dan 3.4km dari Monumen Ali dan Nino, Marita Guesthouse mempunyai pemandangan gunung dan WiFi percuma. I booked a room for me and mom. The rooms were really neat and smelled so good! The toilets were clean - there was hot running water, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is common for all, and is rarely used by everyone and well maintained. The owner of the property, Ms Marita, I believe, was so accommodating. She didn’t speak English but was super patient with us, kind, and I would love to see her again. Overall I didn’t feel like checking out from the property at all.

We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai, Guest house Garden Beach menawarkan penginapan 3-bintang di Batumi dan mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi dan teres. Guest house Garden Beach is such lovely place. I found only pluses. Location is very cool. In one minute sea, without crowd. To Batumy you can go by taxi, by bus or other ways, it's not a big deal. Lovely restaurant and canteen is also near by house and you don't need to think what you should have for dinner. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were perfect. I think the best option for booking is rooms on the third and fourth flour with sea side view. Kitchen has all staff for cooking even juice maker. And the last floor is the perfect place to spend dinners with beautiful sunset. My recommendation and enjoy your time.

There were some hairs on the bed sheet (seems like from previous client). I asked them to change and they responded promptley and brang a new duvet set.

The meals--dinner and breakfast--were delicious and more than could be eaten. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host and hostess were very welcoming. Easy to find, and in a great location.
