Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. It didn’t feel like a party hostel. Great location!

I love this place! There is absolutely nothing to complain about! It's a converted residence with one ground floor room and 3 more up a winding staircase. It's a perfect combination of private room and hostel-style interaction with other guests. Owner, Pascal, single-handedly does all the work, keeping the place very clean and tidy. He speaks adequate English. At 25€ (single, mid-May, no breakfast), it's an outstanding value, too. I enjoyed it so much I stayed 3 nights. When there was no availability on the 2nd night, Pascal gave me his room.The four rooms share two bathrooms, half and three-quarter. There is a full shared kitchen/lounge, including an oven and cooking equipment, suitable for preparing full meals. Wi-fi is excellent. There is a constant supply of coffee and tea, a generous set of herbs and spices, ice cubes, and garden lemons. The description says towels and linens cost extra. This is true for towels but linens are included. The rear surroundings are lushly green and the residential street is very quiet. There is a small balcony for smoking or sitting and the large front yard has tables and chairs. There is ample, free street parking. Shopping and the beach are a long walk away, but there is good bus service. Guests should be aware that the rooms do not have external locks so they're accessible when not occupied but I had absolutely no sense of theft danger. If you. like me, don't like standard hotels, this place is for you!

Menawarkan taman, La Maison du Prévôt terletak di Albi di kawasan Midi-Pyrénées, 2-minit berjalan kaki dari Katedral Albi dan 300m dari Muzium Toulouse-Lautrec. A beautiful stay! Camille and her husband are lovely hosts! The room was stylish, clean and comfortable. Private access to the cloister after hours is so special too! Breakfast was exceptional , beautiful French breakfast including homemade crepes! We would definitely stay at La Maison du Prevot again!

Everything was very pleasant: luxurious breakfast - every day breakfast was new and very tasty! The location is wonderful: very beautiful nature and garden inside the villa. There is space to relax and swim in the pool. You have to arrive by car and there is a tourist town with sea and beach nearby - there are many restaurants and beautiful sea. The host was very nice and always took care of us - we had a bottle of wine and drinks every day. The hotel is pet friendly - amazing chance to travel with our dog! Everything went great! We will come back again.

The kid says that the jungle room is better than Disneyland hotel. The breakfast is good quality and with variety. The beach nearby was precious!

The theme of the room, very well thought in details! The apartment was very cosy and fully furnished with everything, the beds were very confortante.
