Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. Perfect location, really loved this hostel. Definitely more of a quieter vibe which I loved but still lots of people to meet. Rooms were clean, common area was relaxing with refreshments available. I loved that they had a whole book of things to do and bus routes to take for sightseeing, really useful and a great touch! The breakfast provided was simple but lovely everyday, and the owners were super friendly. They also provided towels and a locker with a padlock!! Amazing!

Everything was just great! The location of the house was very convenient, not far from the airport and touristic places. The room has been renovated and furnisthed recently, it was done nicely and it was very clean. Laura was always available and she gave us really good tips about places to see which made our trip very efficient and unforgettable.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and the dinner exceeded all expectations—it was truly wonderful! It was the best French meal I’ve ever had, and I would love to go back again!

It was a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance. The interior is very stylish with a Corbusier chaise longue, Hollywood Regency lamp, wonderful paintings well-appointed, a mini Bang&Olufsen speaker and so on. It is what you rather expect in a 5 star boutique hotel - and might not even get it. The garden is beautiful and can be used by the guests. It is private as there is only one apartment. There is also a secure parking space in a garage close to the apartment and I recommend to book it as street parking is limited. The cost of EUR10 is a real bargain and will be most likely adjusted. Sonja is a very good host. We had very good conversations. Location is pretty good as a walk, up-hill, to the centre of town is just around a 10 min. To sum up: you get a 5 star accommodation at a decent price with a lovely host. It is more like staying with a friend and having enough privacy.

A very nice and quiet place with all you need. The host was extremely polite and helpful with anything we needed. A perfect stay!

The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we slept good. The hosts are a wonderful couple very generous and caring. Close to the airport.

We had a fantastic stay. The villa, the pool area, and the view are absolutely amazing. Our dog felt very comfortable and was able to roam freely within the fenced property. The breakfast was incredible. We owe this wonderful stay to the most dedicated and friendliest host.
