Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. I loved everything! It's in a great location, very clean, close to everything, service is excellent. They even recommended places to visit and solved my doubts about transport etc. Would definitely go back

Situated in Cagnes-sur-Mer and with Cros de Cagnes reachable within 100 metres, Maison de la Marine features express check-in and check-out, soundproof rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. The hotel is on top of the restaurant Bistrot de La Marine and offers a fantastic view of the beach with a balcony. The weather was more than 30C every day but our room was nice and cool with the A/C. Our host, Nico, and all the staff (from the hosts to the chefs in the restaurant) were super nice and attentive. Our room was refreshed every day by the housekeeper and there was a mini fridge in the room, good Wi-fi, big TV, and a comfortable bed. The room was definitely better than we thought from the picture! There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife nearby and a nice shopping centre 30mins walk in St. Laurent du Var. The area is not central, which was even better as we avoided the crowded city centre, but still had easy transportation links to central Nice (2 stops by train) and Monaco (30mins on the same train). Other than that, you can also take a bus to St Paul du Vence or take a day trip to Cannes and Antibes, but you might be tempted to stay on the beach: enjoy the clear water and have drinks at the beach clubs or coffee and sweets in the boulangeries nearby.

Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf in Saint-Aygulf provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a bar. The breakfast was lovely with a good variety and the location was very quiet and very close to a supermarket .

Located in Mouans-Sartoux, 6.5 km from Musee International de la Parfumerie, VILLA MATHIS offers accommodation with a hot tub. I liked the pool, it was Amazing. The room was beautiful and comfy.

Boasting garden views, Villa Angelus features accommodation with patio, around 500 metres from Plage Fabron. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We stayed in a love little apartment, it had all the basics needed. There is a fridge, hob and microwave in the room along with a coffee machine. There is a lovely private terrace. Room was very comfortable. Parking available which is a huge bonus in Nice. The host was extremely friendly and communicative.

Set within 1.5 km of Tardieu Cove and 1.7 km of Bonne Eau Cove, Villa Goonie offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Les Issambres. A warm welcome from François, the very kind host. We felt directly at home. It's a wonderful, peaceful place to be with breathtaking views. The next morning we had the best breakfast ever. Boasting a bar and views of city, Demeure d'hôtes Le Rocher is a guest house set in a historic building in Valbonne, 10 km from Parfumerie Fragonard - The History Factory Grasse. The hotel owner/manager and his staff were at all times gracious and understanding and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional, from their help in arranging transportation, to their service of the delicious included breakfast of pastries, fruit and large, never empty, coffee cups. The place is just beautiful and well maintained. Bathrooms are modern and luxurious. There is even central air. Be aware that there are some narrow stairways to negotiate for room access.

Situated in Les Issambres, 35 km from Cannes, Villa Esmeralda is an adult-only property featuring air-conditioned rooms and free private parking. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The owner is really friendly, we felt at home!
