The room had a small fridge and some cutlery. Everything was very quiet and peaceful. We didn't meet the host, but it wasn't necessary as the keys were in the room and everything was written in the message we got in Booking.

We loved walking along the trails, the biking on the very safe highway and the lake that we swam in -- we had the lake to ourselves! -- a 10-minute bike ride away. We loved being in the wood-fired sauna, its benches made from aspen cut on the property, watching the sun set through the window. We played with dogs, petted horses and baked a blueberry pie. We loved our hosts, Tiina and her daughter Viivi. Who are as warm as Finns can be.
