It is a 1-2 minute walk to the bus stop into Old Town/town center. There is a supermarket right beside the building. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, but it’s a generally quiet neighborhood/area. The room is spacious and clean. We slept very well owing to the comfy bed and the blackout blinds. The attention to detail is impressive: we bought a glass of wine and drank it in regular glasses. The next day, when we returned to the room after it had been cleaned, they had placed wine glasses on the table. Big thanks to Sergio for welcoming us and giving us recommendations on where to eat and what to see here in San Sebastian. We went to three restaurants that he recommended, and they all exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious!

It was immaculate in every way, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Roma is a delightful host and it was a pleasure to meet her. We were travelling with three dogs , who were also welcome. This made our small holiday possible ! There were lots of little extras too such as drinks in the fridge and toiletries in the bathroom, which we greatly appreciated. The lovely kitchen was very welcome also.

Great location, it’s right in the heart of Gros and within walking distance to everything. Check-in was easy and flexible. Our room was clean with a great view and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathrooms were also well maintained. The host was incredibly friendly and offered lots of great recommendations. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting San Sebastián!

Situated 2.2 km from Kursaal in San Sebastián, Villa Birdie features free WiFi access and free private parking. All rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Beautiful property in a great location. Very easy to get into town on the 13 bus. Blanca the hostess was really lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. She provided some excellent restaurant recommendations.
