Sarah I think is the main person there- you can ask anything she will help. Booking of the tours ahead looks like a good idea- try red sea tours to run away from the city. Also we asked for the sun set tour on the quadbikes in the desert.. I think everyone should go through it, but just dont take children with you- it might be too much of experience there.. Hotel is further from noisy street so it helps to sleep better. View from window and the room in general was exactly the same as in a photo. Value for money is excellent. Clean, quiet.. newly decorated (it looks like it). Just you need to understand that this is Giza. It is not Switzerland.. ok? :) Enjoy.

Room was large and clean , comfy bed , Good pressure and hot water to shower .TV has a good film channel in English Staff friendly and very helpful , Special Thanks to Hannah and Sarah for your help ( apology if name not quite right ) Good Breakfast , sets you up for the day .Recommend taking it on the roof terrace with breathtaking views of the Pyramids The terrace is also a good location to see the sunset and for watching the sound and light show Please note there are 80 steps from the ground floor to the roof terrace , i have bad knees and i managed ok The hotel is down a little lane taking you away from the main road and some of the noise of Cairo . Look out for the 6 October shop on the main road to the left of it you will find the lane which leads to the hotel Will recommend to family and friends and if lucky enough to visit Giza, Cairo again will be my first choice

The workers attended the attendance, especially the manager Ahmed, who helped me with nice hints, including the cake for my wedding birthday. Since the reception was done by the other employee (also called Ahmed) until the checkout all was perfect.

The bed and breakfast serves a continental and Full English/Irish breakfast and breakfast in the room is also available. Guests can eat in the on-site traditional restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and cocktails. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, all freshly prepared. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. Location was good for the GEM. Quiet neighbourhood. Everything was perfect.
