The owner, JJ, and his team were very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable and they organized a trip to Abu Simbel for me. When I got sick, they postponed the trip by a day, so I had time to get back in shape. JJ's wife also served me the strongest ginger tea I have ever had, to get me back up. Days later, while I was staying at another place, I walked past the hotel again and JJ spontaneously invited me to a dinner they were throwing for a group of guests. Thanks a lot!

Mahmoud was a great host and made all he could to arrange everything 🙏 This place provides laundry services, transfers, great tours and so on. Even hair cuts, henna tattoos if you need. Actually they try to provide everything you wish. Our room 203 (without balcony) was very comfortable. Also a big thanks to Bibo and also to Sido ✌️

The location allows you to see the area quickly. The family that manages it is very warm and helpful. Strongly recommended. The family and house are real diamonds.

Osiris Guest House mempunyai pemandangan gunung, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma di Abu Simbel, 17-minit berjalan kaki dari Abu Simbel Temples. It was the best guest house that we had during our holiday in Egypt! The room was very clean and comfortable (especially the bed !!), with AC and a fan and a small fridge. A nice bathroom with shampoo and hot water. The hosts are so nice and welcoming, it was a pleasure to share some moments in their home. They can cook for you and the food is delicious! They will help you however they can (they bought tickets for us for the lights and sounds show). You can easily walk to the temple from there. Thank you so much, hopefully we will be back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay at FADL KATO, with a beautiful location over looking the Nile, and a very accommodating host who helped us a lot by recommending restaurants and places to go to on the island and booked for us transportation to Abu Simbel and other trips. Would really recommend the place.

Abu is helpful and very diligent Egyption YOUNG guy(not by his age), he do help us a lot for the trip, and information. He has a really lovely personality and really care about everyone a lot. It's like if you want to interact with local people but not only see the touristy places and leave, You guys must be here! Very very good cultural experience! I just feel so pity like we stay here for only one night and speak to our landlord only two times. Crying!!!!! Cry!!!!

If you are planning a trip to Aswan, Elephantine Island on the Nile , La Terrace Aswan is the guest house you NEED to stay at. The house is so lovely and spotlessly clean. The view of Aswan Corniche from the wonderful terrace are fabulous day and night. Now on to Mohammed, the proprietor. The nicest, kindest, most genuine man you’ll meet. He looked after us like we were family. We flew into Aswan from Cairo but when we arrived in Cairo our luggage wasn’t. We messaged Mohammed just to let him know what happened and even though at this stage we still hadn’t met he took ownership of the issue and just ran with it. He had a car meet us at the airport which took us straight to a pharmacy to buy toiletries before taking us to the guest house. The following morning after making sure we had some breakfast he guided us to a shopping centre where we could purchase replacement clothing. In addition to all this Mohammed looked after all our bookings for tours and trips. He well and truly saved our holiday. The beds in the room were so comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful.
