Also there was some miscommunication about booking one of the tours and they absorbed the cancelation fee and rebooked it with new schedule - we really appreciated it. We highly recommend this.

Set in Zhangjiajie, WALLY HOUSE 张家界青山惠风民宿 features free WiFi. The property is located 400 metres from Yuanjiajie, 2.1 km from Bailong Elevator and 2.5 km from Zixia Taoist Temple. Location was great, very close to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park and a food market. Wally was exceptional. He would stay with us for as long as we needed to help us with our itinerary and ticket booking.

There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel which is great. The owner is super helpful with any kind of questions you might have. He can also help you book the tickets and provide you with the best explanation of the area and how to visit different parts of the national park so you have a clear understanding of what to do.
