Kate’s mom had cooked breakfast and lunch for us and it was really amazing, I literally felt in love with simple homemade Chinese food thanks to her 😍 Location is very good. Very quiet at night. And the same time just few steps away from ferry, then a couple of minutes by boat and you are in the middle of hustle and bustle West Street. Guest house itself is very nice, reception is interesting decorated. Washing machine and free detergent are available on the roof top. Free water bottles at the reception. Rooms and bathrooms are big. We had balcony room and the river view was great. So, I definitely can recommend to book this place. You will never regret for sure. Thank you again Kate! Lovely room with rice terrace view, nicely decorated. Comfortable. Everything worked well. The food at the restaurant was delicious and I saw no need to eat anywhere else. Very convenient location - near the Ping'an parking lot so you don't have to go far with your luggage. In any case, the hotel will help bring your luggage to the hotel (a short distance away). Near some very beautiful viewpoints of the rice terraces. Jason, the owner, is at your service and all of your questions will be answered thoroughly.

Just 5 km from Yangshuo, The Giggling Tree is an unique guest house which is located in the tiny village of Little Mountain Gate. It features traditional farmhouses, a beautiful courtyard and an outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi access is available. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved the location, such a beautiful place. The family suite was great for the 5 of us, and being able to take bikes around was great. The food was excellent, and we can't wait to stay again one day!

At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, cocktails and high tea and serves Chinese cuisine. Yangshuo Village Inn is not fancy but it had everything we need. The staff were very kind and professional. They were willing to help us with travel tips and suggestions and did not try to make profits out of it. The food was great and good value. We brought wine and they set the wine glasses without charge. The building and the facilities are very well maintained. Our favorite was their bikes that we could rent for free.
