Hernan went above and beyond to accommodate us after a delayed ferry due to poor weather! He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return!

This is really a wonderful place, super clean, cozy but with good common areas, amazing comfortable beds and warm at night. Safe location and easy to walk up the nearby hill right into the center of downtown Castro. It was always very quiet here, especially at night. A nice experience to stay in a palofito (stick house).

I loved everything about this Hostal...The location was perfect-across the street from the bus station....My room was large and clean and sleep quality was excellent...In this Hostal guests have the use of the kitchen where coffee,tea and hot water are always available...The staff really made my stay enjoyable.I want to mention Richard who was very helpful to me,even telephoning the next place I was going to in order to confirm my reservation....I want to mention Ricardo at the reception desk also....Ricardo,from Italy 🇮🇹, was also friendly and helpful...This is a lovely place to stay...Top marks...10 out of 10

Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai di Hornopiren, Hostería Antupirén mempunyai teres dan bar. Terdapat restoran yang menghidangkan masakan Amerika, dan tempat parking peribadi percuma tersedia. The well-constructed, well insulated room was very comfortable, unlike some on the Carretera Austral. The hosts were kind enough to wait for me to check in late, when the ferry was delayed for 5 hours. The breakfast was exceptional.

From the warm welcome when we arrived until the minute we left, our stay here was wonderful. Andrea and Esteban are amazing hosts and everything here is imbued with so much love and care. Breakfast was really nice as well. There is a beautiful garden by the water where you can enjoy the sunset. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Very close to bus station, very secure, nice warm room and friendly welcome by host. The room has kettle and tea. Nice courtyard. Didn't use the shared kitchen area, but looked nice. I would stay again in the future
