(Summer holiday). Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

The host and hostess could not have made us feel more comfortable and welcome. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the food and wine were top notch though pricey but well worth it.

Our rustic-style 3-star hotel with 12 rooms enjoys an idyllic, sunny and quiet location on the edge of the village, offering superb panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Beautiful location Host was very nice and professional. Clean room with a great view of the mountains.

Offering a restaurant, Landgasthof Schlüssel Alpnach is located in Alpnach, at the foot of Pilatus Mountain. Free WiFi access is available. What a wonderful spot I can’t recommend enough! The rooms are very cute and cozy, the restaurant is absolutely fantastic, and walking around the area is just so lovely!!! It felt like a fairy tale. The staff was very nice too!

Located right on the shore of the scenic Eugenisee Lake, Pension St. Jakob is 800 metres from the centre of Engelberg and a 5-minute walk from the Engelberg Cable Car. Clean, pleasant room. Good breakfast in the restaurant opposite. The hotel reception is located in the hotel opposite Espen. If the reception is closed, use the emergency phone.

Located opposite the train station in the peaceful town of Giswil, Hotel Bahnhof is just a 20-minute walk from Lake Sarnen. It features a restaurant and a large garden. Kitchen area in the room made it very comfortable. Room was big and quiet. Amazing mountain view, balcony was amazing with a small river in front of it. I would come again, it was a very lovely stay. staff was very friendly.
