The room is very spacious, we stayed in a triple room with a breathtaking mountain view. Everything was very clean, the pension owners are extremely friendly, very good hosts. The beds are very comfortable, we slept very well, that's very important if you have problems with your back and are a bad sleeper like me. I can't recommend it enough, i wouldn't change it for any 4,5 star hotel even if it was for free.

Just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Hermagor and 1,500 metres from Lake Presseggersee. The Nassfeld Ski Area is 10 km away, with a free ski bus stopping 150 metres away. Free WiFi is available. We LOVED everything about our stay!!! Excellent breakfast, typical Austrian with cold cuts, breads, cereals and eggs to order. The owner/hostess, Manuela was a delight in every aspect. Knowledgable, helpful and so pleasant to be around!! The location was ideal for our desires and needs as it was close to the things we wanted to explore yet secluded enough to offer solace. We've actually tried to come up with anything we would change or improve and we cannot. Best value we have had in a very long time, possibly best value EVER!! A complete suite, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and a living room.

The pension is perfectly situated in downtown, next to shopping area and historic sites. There is a stream passing by the property, so you can sleep with your window open and listen to the water. Staff is very friendly, they make you feel they are happy that you are there. Breakfast was excellent. The presentation was homy and delicate, and everything was freshly made for us.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was clean, there was a large room for storing skis, drying ski boots, a sauna, a common room, perfect breakfast and of course the very nice and helpful Mrs. Leitner. From the pension, it is about 10 minutes by car to the Millennium Express ski lift and parking is for free there. There is also a ski bus stop near the guesthouse and it even runs directly in front of the guesthouse once a day (at 8.30 am).
