The rooms are large and have washbasins in them, the furniture is in a traditional style, the beds are wide and comfortable. The bathrooms and toilets are on the same floor. The place is peaceful and quiet, within walking distance of the center of Kals.The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. /Highly recommended!

Very clean and well equipped apartment, with delicious breakfast, dedicated parking space, SalzburgerLand mobility ticket, coupons. Hosts are lovely, location is perfect, we would go back anytime. Everything, rooms, the view from them was fantastic! A very cosy place to stay, it feels that the pension was built with love! The Staff was very polite and helpful. There is a dryer room to dryer motorcycle or skiing clothes, boots. Breakfast was very good. Free parking near the hotel, and outstanding sauna just for the few euros additionally!

Located 3 km away from Großglockner Ski Area, Landgasthof Steiner offers rustic-style accommodation with a restaurant serving Austrian cuisine, a garden and a terrace. Nice typical tyrolean guesthouse and farm located in a small very quiet village, in a peaceful nature. Close to ski resorts which satisfy needs of skilled skiers (old Kals slopes) as well as less confident skiers and families (Matrei and new Kals). Some other smaller and reportedly nice ski areas are also easily accesible by car, but we did not test them. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff, family atmosphere. Rooms are large enough, well furnished, comfortable - you will not miss anything. A cozy restaurant with good meals for a reasonable price. Thank you for a great stay!
