Sevan city was pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exactly in the very middle of the city on the main street. The hotel has a brewery, and the beer was delicious. The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.

The living room area is comunal but is really comfortable, if you are lucky and there aren’t any other guests it’s like having your own apartment. We asked for breakfast and it was amazing, everything handmade and from their garden! They are also very warm and welcoming a great place to stay!

The owner exceptionally friendly and attentive, he took us by his car and showed the area providing excellent recommendations for the places we can visit. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We appreciated his kindness and nice gesture. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting sevan.It’s a gem that combines comfort, excellent service, and a great location, and I would certainly return."

The host were a great family who lived next door, which we didn’t expect, they welcomed us as their friends and made our stay there perfect, warm and it felt like home away from home. The kids were happy as they could play with hosts’ kids. Everything was clean, well-thought and cozy.

The location is close to Lake Sevan, so it was a perfect place to get back to after a day on the beach and sightseeing. The atmosphere was so peaceful and the host made us feel so at ease. The property was clean and well maintained and there were even fruit trees on the premises (although the fruit will not be ready for another month).
