This is an excellent place to stay. Landlord is very kind and the place is well built and amply supplied. There was even a big jar of Peet's Coffee and a coffee maker, spices for cooking, filtered water in the big fridge. We loved the garden. Peaceful, relaxing. A perfect place to have coffee in the morning or a drink at night. The location is ideal. Close to anything you might want and in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent value.

The location is very good. Apartment was equipped well. The fridge was full with a lot of food that is not possible to use within one week. Everything was fine and we have enjoined our staying. Thank you to the host.

the most important thing here is the location and view. Both during the day and at night, it is worth looking out the window or sitting on the terrace. The area is quiet and peaceful. Of course, you need a car, as in LA.
