A wonderful stay at an incredible value! The family that runs this hotel is so cute and friendly, they take care of you very well. The location is very optimal as it’s right outside the Old City so it is quiet and peaceful even though it is near the city center. I’m so glad I chose to stay here.

The best place to stay in Chiang Mai! Beautiful and lovely!😍 The room I stayed was very clean and comfortable and the common place where you can have breakfast made me happy with the beautiful decoration. Above all things, the hosts(Manfred and Narumol) are one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life🥹❤️ They made my trip to Chiang Mai happier! And their two dogs(Nam and Chock) are the cutest dogs ever! I was gonna stay only one night but I stayed 3 nights at the end! You won’t regret staying here(TRUST ME!) Danke schön and see you soon hopefully☺️

Pissamorn House felt more like a home than ‘accommodation’ which I loved about the place. Right in the middle of Old Town Square, with everything within walking distance or a quick scooter ride away. Old styled house with clean facilities. Communal kitchen and living space for use. Pissamorn (host) was very friendly and extremely helpful upon arrival (I had no plans for my trip and she gave me a quick itinerary as soon as I got in :)).

A lovely little unpretentious guest house run by a charming and attentive family. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well serviced. The guesthouse is conveniently located close to the old town, many restaurants and bars but is a little set back so it is in a little oasis of calm and quiet. There is a large secure parking area at the back of the hotel for bicycles, motorbikes and cars. The bright and airy communal outside sitting areas were particularly appreciated.

The guesthouse is in a great location, walkable to local cafes and restaurants and is in the nice Old City. The house is very beautiful with stained glass and feels very relaxing. the rooms and spaces are clean and the complimentary breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit, pad Thai and some sticky sweet rice, also coffee/tea. The hostess and workers are very nice and helpful and allowed us to check in again, would definitely come back again!
