Great location in the centre of Szklarska Poręba! Everything is easily reachable on foot. Rooms were very clean, simple but perfect for our short stay. The place at night was very quiet, perfect for resting after a day of skiing/hiking. What I have found very good was the common kitchen downstairs where you can cook your own food. Very useful for longer stays if you are missing home cooked meals :) The owner was very nice and welcomed us with a big smile!

The owners are realy friendly, the shared (with only four rooms) kitchen. Private parking, less as 10 minutes away from the waterfalls!! Absolutely recommend for a few days!

Clean rooms and abundant facilities in the common area. It resembles a modern version of a mountain hut, which we really enjoyed. It is close to the central street, but very quiet as it's just below it on a slope. Accommodations on the southern side have a great view at Sniezka peak! Service (check-in/out) was flawless, car parking is a plus.

Very friendly owners and lovely historic house with a tasty pizzeria. We also appreciated the nice communication in German or English. Great place for a long weekend. A second French Press in the kitchen and a small wardrobe in the appartment would be nice ;)

We really liked the concept of the property, reminded us of villas in northern Italy or Tuscany. There are appartments and a huge common area with a sofa, fireplace and a terrace with great views. The location is wonderful if you seek something quiet, and at the same time close (10 minutes drive) to the center of Szklarska. You can easily start hikes right in front of the property. There is a lot of parking places. The host is great and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and there is wine to buy for the evening. Recommended even for those who expect high standards.
