We absolutely LOVED our stay udawalawe safari house! After changing our plans and coming to Udawalawe a night earlier than planned (and in need of some luxury), this place was exactly what we needed. The hosts were so friendly, the buffet dinner was delicious and great value and the swimming pool was amazing. They organise safari for us with easy and served breakfast on return. The rooms were well sized and comfy. Would 100% Recommend!

Anju is really nice and very helpful. Dinner and breakfast were really good and made with fresh ingredients from the garden! He even went above and beyond to give us a extensive breakfast at 5am. The room was also very nice. Tours can also be done with him! I really recommend to stay here!

Nature World was simply amazing. Room was spacious, clean, had everything you may need. Breakfast included in the price were delicious, everyday something different. Rice and curry for dinner was one of the best I had in Sri Lanka. The owner and his family were very kind and hospitable, always smiling and helped with everything. Also organised for me safari for very reasonable price. You get so much value for very little price.

The owner was super caring, the location was beautiful, the room was clean and had really good conditions. You can have dinner at the hotel, where the family will cook a very tasty and local meal for you for a very fair price. The place is small and feels like home. We really really recommend this place as it was one of the best places we have stayed in Sri Lanka!

The property is located in the heart of greenery. The room was very big with all the required amenities. Mr. Chandrapala and Mr. Vasantha were very generous and friendly. We only stayed for two nights, but we could have easily stayed longer. The room was clean, and our favorite feature was the outdoor bathroom, which we absolutely loved — it had a toilet, a regular shower, a natural waterfall-style shower, and even a small private plunge pool or bathtub — really fantastic. The location is great — right in the center of town, but it feels like you’re in the jungle. It’s beautifully arranged, and it’s definitely worth spending time relaxing on the terrace. The owner is extremely friendly and also offers dinners and a safari trip to Udawalawe National Park.
