I had an amazing stay at Yu Home Stay Anuradhapura! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was great—close to "Anuradhapura puja city" (Near 3KM ) but still quiet and peaceful. Place was very clean and have everything I needed. They have kitchen, dining room, attached bathrooms per each room. Kitchen is Fully equipped with gas cylinder, burner, rice cocker, pots, knives, cutting board and everything needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. I’d definitely come back again! 😍

He was also genuinely concerned for our safety throughout our stay: while Sri Lanka is a very safe country, his attentiveness was still much appreciated. The food cooked by his wife was amazing—made with quality ingredients, prepared beautifully, and full of bold, authentic flavor. Easily one of the top three meals we had in Sri Lanka. If you're planning a trip to Anuradhapura or Mihintale to explore the sacred Buddhist sites, and you're looking for something authentic and off the tourist trail, stay in Mihintale.
