I recently had the pleasure of staying at the sea-view villa and dining at the beach restaurant, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The room was just good; it was exceptional. Immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The view from the room was breathtaking, with the beach right in front of us. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sight of the endless sea was a dream come true. The beach restaurant didn't disappoint either. The food was not only delicious but also served with a touch of elegance. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and the freshness of the ingredients was evident. Dining with the sound of the waves in the background was a sensory delight. Overall, this place is a true gem for those seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway by the sea. The room was basic but comfortable with AC and had everything we required. It was a short walk to the beach, which was actually really beautiful. Very quiet, very clean, soft sand, went for a few swims during our time there. We took the local bus from Galle and got the driver to drop us just out the front, and that was very convenient! The hosts were the kindest, the loveliest people we had the pleasure of meeting. Truly very kind and treated us like family. Delicious, plentiful breakfast (a plate full of delicious fruit not pictured) was included in our stay which we really appreciated. We only stayed for a night, but could have definitely stayed longer. Loved the town and loved the property!

Such a nice friendly couple, genuinely helping us in any way possible 😊 The rooms were big and comfy. It's very close to the beach. Breakfast was big and with lots of varieties.

After 13 (budget) accommodations in Sri Lanka, this was definitely the best value for our money. Large and very clean room, very kind hosts, nicely located between the beach and the main road and a well-working shower with hot water.

Come visit Aayu's villa. You will be treated like royalty. Aayu is an outstanding host who goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Would definetely recommend to anyone. The villa is immaculately clean, European standards. Hot water, aircon, fan all working perfectly. Sheets smelling nice and fresh, soft towels. Breakfast is far the best we had in 2 weeks in Sri Lanka. The bed is actually king size with comfortable mattress. Can't recommend enough. Shortcut to the beach! Ayu also could organize the best river safary in few minutes and we got to see 3 crocos, 4 varans, many monkeys and giant bats.

Happy Man Village is the best place to enjoy the real Sri Lankan experience. In this family run structure is possible to enjoy amazing meals made of fresh products from their lands, simple cooked and delicious. The staff is going to propose several activities to do in the area, in this way there is no need to settle anything since everything will be managed from them simplyfing our life. We really enjoyed the catamaran safari and the boat trip in the river close to the village. But the best thing is the attention from the staff to the guests, always smiling and being available to any possible requests. A special mention needs to be done to the young Baba he was always available and ready to help, bringing us small treats like smoothies and cocount, at any time of the day and showing us nice landscapes spots, along with the cinnamon and wild plants and animals in the surroundings of the village. Located in the middle of Kosgoda village, here we found the most authentic feelings.
