We stayed in Tivoli just 1 day in September. The room is authentic , cosy, clean and located in a calm and lovely area. The rooftop terrace has an absolutely stunning view! Giovanni is a nice and helpful host !

10 out of 10! I never thought I'd say that. The room was newly done to an excellent standard. The property also had a small kitchen area beside the room with juices, coffee and small bites to eat. The breakfast was served in a small café beside the property. I've had this type of offering before and it was fine. The staff in the café were very friendly. Our host Claudia looked after us very well. She also has an excellent restaurant on site, serving authentic Italian dishes and we got a 15% discount as guests. The property was located in a quiet square just off the main pedestrianised area in the centre of Tivoli, a short walk from Villa d'Este and Park Villa Gregoriana.

It's a small place comprised of 2 rooms and 2 external bathrooms (1 bathroom for each room). It also has a shared kitchen. I would say that this place fits better for a group of friends (thus taking everything) rather than a solo traveler or a couple, but in my case (solo) everything was perfect, though. Good communication with the host, everything was super clean and he even let me keep the bagagges inside the place after the checkout. Breakfast was included (coffee machine, bread, butter, cookies, that kind of stuff). I would totally recommend this place.
