Small but good, comfortable room, great bathroom with large shower, good quiet location, very good value and very friendly and helpful staff. Italian typical breakfast (coffee & cornetto) included, served around the corner in a charming Italian café.

We had a very big room (I think it was bigger than the description) with a terrace. The location is in a walking distance to the Ortigia. There are plenty of free and paid parking spaces around the building. The place was extremely clean and the hosts were friendly.

The room was amazing! It was the first room we stayed in Sicily that was so airy and light! Spotlessly clean and large. Large bathroom too with a window (it makes such a difference. The croissants in the morning are a lovely touch! Also it was so easy and safe to park around the property for free.

Absolutely fantastic location and great hosts! After reading some reviews about noise and breakfast, I have to say I am confused on why they were talking about! noise at night... we both fell asleep with no issues with the entire week and the breakfast was fantastic! friendly and substantial Would recommend to anyone visiting!

Nice room in a great location. Right before the bridge to Ortigia. Despite the central location, the room is quiet. Wonderful hostess, extremely helpful. She helped us with parking and recommended a wonderful restaurant. Told us about her town and gave us local tips. The room itself, though not large, has all the amenities needed. The bathroom is nice.

This apartment is in the heart of Siracusa, 30 minutes walk from Ortigia and right next to a bunch of touristic attractions. It was *so clean*, we immediatly felt comfortable and Donato took the time to point out to us many typical spots next to the accomodation.
