The property is outstanding both with its luxurious decor and commodities! The room, felt more like an apartment; very airy and spacious! Everywhere and everything was spotless and the attention to little details made our stay even more enjoyable! We were greeted by Paolo who takes care of guests in the afternoon and Pamela who is usually around in the mornings! Both were extremely kind and passionate about their roles making us feel welcome instantly. The wellness centre located on the lower floor of the villa added a brilliant element to the place, where one could unwind and relax upon return! The villa is set slightly apart from the hustle of the town centre yet very close to restaurants and many places worth exploring in the area like Ortygia which is only a 10 min drive away! Definitely worth it! Would definitely stay here again should I revisit Siracusa. It is advisable to have a car though!

Beautifully furnished apartments in a great location! Big thank you to Giusy for a warm welcome and taking such a great care of us! The accommodation being located below ground, but still with windows opening for aeration, would probably be the only way to survive the heat in late spring - summer.

Everything was perfect! You immediately feel like staying at a five star hotel but with the feeling of being home. The hosts were extremely welcoming and extremely flexible. Everything was super high-tech and well equipped. A special thumb up for the extraordinary shower and very comfortable beds ! We will definitely come back ! Grazie mille !

Location was perfect, close to Ortigia and close to historic places. Just steps from some restaurants. Parking was easy in front of the house. Rooms are clean, modern, our rooms was smaller. We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect for such short .stay. Breakfast was simple, depends what you expect. But the location pays for itself.

Very spacious room, entire accommodation appears to be recently renovated and everything is new. Pretty good terrace where you can chill and hang your beach towels. In an area with plenty of free street parking options, 10 min on foot to get to Ortigia. Decent breakfast included at a nearby cafeteria. We could also borrow the sun umbrella from the common area of the accommodation, which wqs very helpful. Smooth and flexible check in experience, in agreement via WhatsApp, by using a mix of English and Italian on both sides :)

Very cozy, clean. To be honest the host message me to say that the room reserved is no longer available but have another apartment near to the location , and it was fabulos ! Also the breakfast (1 pastry sweet OR salty + 1 drink coffee or juice/water) - was enough to start a new day 👌🙏

Comfortable clean rooms with coffee maker, also a kitchen and lounge facility. Handy location for Ortygia, archaeological park, museum and station. Stefano was very attentive, readily available and quickly sorted out minor problems we had. He provided cards for an inclusive breakfast in the attractive cafe below the rooms.
