The location is great, you can explore the neighbourhood by walk; the house is very cozy; the rooms are clean, with AC and a fan, and the staff is super sweet and helpful! GermanyWe had a wonderful stay at Vivendo Rebelo. The rooms and the entire guest house were very clean, and all the necessities were provided. The neighbourhood is very safe and peaceful. Deric was very accommodating and helpful. He recommended sightseeing venues, restaurants and always provided information on whatever questions we had. We decided to extend our stay at the guest house due to the excellent experience we had there. I can warmly recommend Vivenda Rebelo.

IndiaAmazing hospitality! The hosts were very kind, accommodating, and communicative. Our stay was fantastic, Menezes house is the best of both worlds. The privacy of a hotel or Airbnb, but the cozy feeling of a homestay. The house is a duplex, so you have your own entryway and living room area as well. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a locking closet you can use for storage! Overall a 10/10 stay. Will be back again.

The homestay is incredibly cozy, with a lovely living room and a balcony. Felix, the owner, is super friendly and welcoming. After my long journey, he kindly offered me a coffee and a buttered bread, which was such a nice gesture.
The homestay is close to the beach, making it perfect for peaceful walks, but it's also conveniently located for a quick trip to Panjim. If you enjoy a cozy, quiet atmosphere with a touch of family warmth, this is the perfect place for you.

Iranlocation is great and in the middle of north of goa. it has not any breakfast but edward give us everthing for preparing breakfast. whatever we need he gives us as soon as possible. The rooms are so clean and it has everything that we need. he gives us fresh towels evereyday and he cleans the room. if i want to describe in one word : fantastic stay

The hosts Jeanine and Clifford were lovely, made us feel at home and gave us valuable tips for sightseeing. The room was comfortable: the AC was efficient but quiet, we had plenty of hot water for the shower. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, there is a pleasant terrace on the roof. Our room had a large terrace and in fact was a private apartment with fridge and tea making facilities. Our host Deric was incredibly helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. Roy is a great host, ready with advice and a useful map. Breakfast was a different Keralan speciality each day - you are encouraged to try things. The stuff you need - wifi, hot water etc - was all working well despite the age of the building.
