New beautiful house, just 2 weeks old. The interior is just like in the pictures. Beds are comfortable, linen is fresh and soft. Marvelous view from the balcony. Natalia made a delicious Georgian-style dinner, including our no-lactose-no-gluten request. She speaks English and Russian. Helped us to get a horse to cross the river on the way to Iprali. We felt welcome and comfortable.

Nanka - the owner - makes this place special. She cooks very well, she does care about you. We talked with her about different things. We loved the dinner where we sat with other guests in one big table. We drank, we talked... This place is about atmosphere, not luxuries definitely as the house is very basic and old. Stay here was not an accomodation for us, it was experience we will remember for ever.

This guesthouse was the most satisfying night of my four-day trek from Mestia to Ushguli. Firstly the location, although you can see on the map that it's not in the centre of the village, I think it's not only less crowded than the guesthouses in the middle of the village, it's got a small courtyard and a really nice view. Also, the food here was the best I've had in four days of trekking. Last but not least, the host family is very welcoming, serving us with tea and wine, and their third daughter, anna, is really adorable! I highly recommend this guesthouse.

A clean, warm, and spacious room with a private bathroom. In summer, the room is comfortable (not hot). There is always hot water. The bed is comfortable. There is a shared balcony with a fantastic view. You can buy food/drinks. Also, you can order a horse to cross the river if you hike. There is a lovely bar 1 min walk from the hotel. Book in advance as this hotel is popular.

The host is very kind! Because there was no signal from adishi to iprari. She was worried about me and sent a car to pick me up in Khalde. The food was also great! Definitely the best guesthouse throughout the hike!
