Perfect accommodations in the heart of Lewes. We had the room at the top but the stairs were not a problem. Vicki was a wonderful host! A big room with lots of high quality touches. The bed was big and very comfortable, small kitchenette with everything we could need. Lovely bathroom with a big shower! We loved our stay here for Bonfire night! Perfect location!

I had a big, clean and extremely comfortable room with a view to the sea, perfect! The bed was huge as was the tv, great shower too. The breakfast room was lovely and bright, same view, nicely cooked food with plenty on offer. Vicki is a friendly, helpful manager, nothing was too much trouble, she's lovely. I was helped with my bags by 2 affable guys, I couldn't recommend this charming stay highly enough.

We arrived after check in time and Becky stayed on to meet us for check in. She upgraded our room which was a delightful suprise, as the room was massive, perfectly clean and extremely comfy. It's in a superb location and family run. Becky is the definition of superhost!
