Excellent host! Service is like a hotel but with a much more personal experience. Clean. Quiet (do not be concerned about closeness to airport). Lovely location, where small town meets countryside. 30 min by bus to downtown Edinburgh (bus app works well). Also, if you have a car, Sabannga Thai restaurant 3 miles away comes highly recommended.

Great guesthouse. Great value for money. Really lovely people, Hilary !!! Amazing breakfast and an amazing bed (having back problems so I know what I'm talking about). And the garden was a great addition - peace and relaxing after everything else. Loved the cat and her company during our quiet moments in the garden. I'll try to come again.

Amazing place to stay! Fully met our expectations! The room was very beautiful. The guesthouse is very nice, you can even use a fridge in the common room. There is a small supermarket at a walking distance. It's also 30 mins walking to the centre, which is not far away.

It was clean, comfortable, great for couple days stay. The best thing was the location. It is located at the city centre, very close to St Andrew Square, couple minutes walk to Royal Mile, castle, museums, bars and restaurants. The last day, we could drop our luggage at the basement, close to the property, so we could go in the city for the last time and didn’t have to carry it with us.
