A very well presented property, scrupulously clean, and our host (the owner) looked after us as if we were family. Well located, about 10 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast facilities were excellent, and there is a pub within 5 minutes walk which serves excellent food and drinks. The tartan carpet at the property is a nice touch. Parking adjacent to the property was fine. I would come back here without hesitation if I am ever back in Aberdeen. a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

Perfect location, always stay here when doing my offshore courses. Immaculate as always! So easy to get to and from local places pub that does food next door or chip shop across road! Shower facilities etc all immaculate. Great place to stay!

Chris and Karolyn have been perfect hosts making us feel right at home ! We were visiting for the new year's from France and the atmosphere was everything we wished for and more for a cosy christmas / old manor vibe in their scottish home. Everything was taken good care of with perfect attention to details. Breakfast was outstanding with so much variety and quality (amazing summer fruit homemade compote). Definitely everything we could expect from a country immersive bed and breakfast, which are so hard to find nowadays. Thank you to our marvelous hosts !

Last year, I said I'd stay here again if I were in Aberdeen again. That's exactly what I did, and I'll stay here again next year. Why? The guesthouse is ideally located near the bus/train station and ferry. Check-in was very accommodating, Neil is a friendly host, and the accommodation is comfortable and clean. In short: I'll be back.

The room was amazing value for money! I loved that there was a shower and sink in the room. The tea/coffee station was a nice touch too. The bed was comfy, the room was a decent size, and the location was pretty central and within walking distance of most things.
