It was very clean. The air was fresh, there were windows, so there was light into the room. The temperature was appropriate. There was not noise from other guests, except from some lights footsteps. The hosts were the most hospitable I have met in my time in Bulgaria. Very welcoming, kind and make you feel at home.

We loved our stay at Petar's House. It is the second time that me and my friends go there, and I will definitely come back! Petar and Pepi are very nice and acommodating, they were available to answer all of our questions and we really appreciated that. We also loved the option of serving breakfast on-property, at the time of our choice and very cheap and tasty. Not having a car, Petar also helped take us to the slopes in the morning with his van, so the relative distance to the Gondola (15-20 minutes by foot) did not make a difference - we were still among the first ones in queue, which really helped with reducing our waiting time. The property is nice and picturesque, and we were not cold during the night. We also found the mini-fridge in the room very useful. Thank you Petar and Pepi for a lovely stay, we wish to come back very soon!

just wanted to share how impressed we were with our stay at Kadiyata Guest House. The Gondola Lift, just an 18-minute walk through the charming old town, was a lovely experience. Our host was incredibly helpful and kind—when our car broke down on the day we were flying back, she went above and beyond by calling her friends to help jump-start our vehicle. Without her quick thinking, we would have likely missed our flight! We’re so grateful for her assistance and will definitely be recommending the guest house to others.
