Terletak di Onetangi, 3-minit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Onetangi, Waiheke Backpackers Hostel mempunyai penginapan dengan taman, tempat parking peribadi percuma, lounge berkongsi dan kemudahan barbeku.... first stay in a hostel. was happy I did. for a mere $67 US dollars a nite I got a double bed comfortable for sure. shared loo shower. but mind you the shower room was private while you used it w doors, options for laundry just $4 NZ for washer or dryer! and a view that was stunning! I had a car so I was spoiled. popped into 2 different town areas for meals, drinks, shopping—the beach was 170 steps down a cement pathway through a lush garden with birds singing! I’d absolutely go back.

The owner of the house is really nice and give me good advices on the island and also a ride ! So nice of him ! I recommend it !

Wild Thyme is situated a 15-minute walk from Oneroa Village and a 35 minute ferry ride from downtown Auckland. Free WiFi and free private parking are available. Jules and Bruce were very welcoming and hospitable. Great to be picked up from the ferry and they were happy to run us around locally if required. Really helpful suggestions on where to go to see and eat and walks etc. Very comfortable room with everything you need for breakfast but no kitchen per se. Nice touch to have milk and a bottle of fizz in the fridge.

The views are so stunning that it's actually hard to go out and do stuff! Everything is here that you could possibly need. The hot tub was perfect for our winter break for a warm soak and to soothe aching muscles from all the walking we did on the island. So handy for all the wineries and activities around Onetangi Beach and Valley, and just a short drive or bus ride to everything else.
