The bedding and pillows were luxurious. The rooms were artistically decorated. I loved the courtyard where we had a delicious breakfast with attentive staff. I would not hesitate to recommend to all my friends.

The location is perfect， just nearby the cathedral of Sciacca. My room is large and beautifully decorated. Two balconies facing the port，very beautiful view. Breakfast is rich. By the way， the neighborhoo restaurant "Otto" is a wonderful one.

The best part of the whole stay was the welcoming and helpful of the staff. Specially Manu helped me with many doubts I had and was very attentive to make me feel confortable during the stay. Recommend strongly to stay there when in Palermo.

We are a couple who initially booked a two-night stay in a double room with a balcony. To our delight, we were upgraded to the suite upon arrival. The room was absolutely exceptional—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Inspired by the experience, we inquired about extending our stay for an additional night. Although the hotel was fully booked, I reached out directly to express our interest. To our surprise and great joy, the hotel promptly responded and confirmed availability of the suite for one more night. The process was seamless and handled with genuine hospitality. Truly outstanding service. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. The buffet offered a superb selection, including scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, a variety of Italian breads and delicacies, mini pancakes, Belgian waffles, cheeses, cold cuts, jams served in charming glass jars, and muesli accompanied by several types of yogurt. On certain mornings, a chilled bottle of Prosecco was also available, adding a luxurious touch. Coffee was served upon request by the attentive and friendly staff, who were consistently present and accommodating throughout breakfast. Their warmth and professionalism greatly enhanced our experience. We can’t wait to return—this stay exceeded all expectations!

Amazing location. Very friendly staff. Small family hotel with a lot of history. The building is renovated in the old style and there is not one corner that is not well thought of or designed beautifully. The breakfast is delicious with a view of the Etna volcano. I would recommend it to all but I am also afraid to do so because then they will be fully booked and we will not be able to return.
