Service was truly unmatched here. Faisal and Fauzan were always at the entrance door to help with anything we need. Luggage already loaded into the taxi on our way to the airport and all we have to do is sit and enjoy.

Faimont Jakarta terletak betul-betul di tengah-tengah Jakarta dan berjarak 2 minit berjalan kaki dari Senayan Golf Course. Wonderful hotel. Big and beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Especially Ms Dea from the reception. She was awesome. She remembered my name everytime she saw me. She was really nice. Internet was good too. The toilet even was awesome :))

The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations. Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special... The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful. The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.
