The manager Arne is extremely friendly, helpful and can’t do enough for you. We arrived earlier than expected and our room was not ready so he made us feel very welcome with complimentary coffees and teas. He gave us advice on places to visit and a personal tour of the shop and it should have been his day off. Sven looked after us every morning for Breakfast, which was always freshly made according to our order and we got to hear some interesting stories from him. Overall an amazing base to explore the Zurich area and if we could rate Arne, his team and the hotel any higher we would. Thank you for looking after us and making our stay so comfortable.

Last but not least, very quiet surrounded by nature and very easy access to the center of town with the used of the trams and buses. I appreciated the host explained to us which bus to take to get to the lake Zurich and we had a swim on our very first day which will be one of our greatest memory. The host granted us a few hours to accommodate our needs on our day of checking out.
