Hotel Jägerhof menawarkan lokasi yang tenang berhampiran dengan pusat bandar Zermatt, 5 minit berjalan kaki dari kereta kabel Klein Matterhorn. The small electric shuttle to take you to hotel is so cute. The young male receptionist was so polite & attentive (gave me water as I was working in the lounge area. The room I chose was small, but didn't feel small at all. It had everything I needed. Bathrooms on main floor are extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic/ ALTHOUGH, there was no decaf coffee option :( . If I was returning to Zermatt, I would definitely return to Jägerhof!

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. The staffs are perfect. They gave information more than enough. Without their advice I could not decide to go up the Mathehorn as soon as I arrived the hotel. The day after the weather was not good, so Mathehorn could not be seen. The spa was wonderful, and breakfast was also good. Lovely hotel.

Everything was great. Good location near train station. Staff at both front reception and restaurant were attentive and provided good information about Zermatt. The room and amenities are good. The double glass door and windows keep the room quiet even near to train station. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Zermatt/ Taesch.

We reached this property little late. Google address pointing slight deviated location, but it is just behind it. The information provided by the host, worked well. Parking is in front of the property, can park even in open area near by. Very friendly host.

Even though the rating of the WiFi on this website is a bit lower, the hotel fixed this convincingly by providing you with a wifi receiver to take to the room. This fully solved any issue that might have been there in the past, since the wireless internet worked perfectly.

Gorgeous Resort and spacious for a family of 4 with young children. The beds were well thought out. Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.
