Spacious rooms, just in front of the train station, comfort, views, bathroom, one of the best best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Staffs are amazing, breakfast is perfect, location! The only hotel to stay at whenever in Locarno.

The hotel is located in a small village on a place in a nostalgic building. There is a nice courtyard and the hotel has also a resuarant, where the breakfast is served. The 3- or 4-bed room consisted of 2 separate rooms, divided through curtains. The first room was bigger than the second and we had a private bathroom, which was outside of the sleeping rooms, due to the architecture of the building. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the rich breakfast. There is a parking lot for guests (which is a little bit hidden, when you arrive from the street). This place is good for a rip with a car, visitng that region and the Maggia valley.

It is amazing, I never, ever got an apartment so nice, clean, comfortable and (!!!) perfectly equipped. Nothing was missing, even coffee was there!! Unbelievable! Congratulations, I will be back!!

Wonderful and helpful staff, which was exceptionally friendly and professional, provided very helpful tips for stay/ area/ outings, with great communication. Learned, that the building has a lot of interesting history. Impeccably clean place. Spacious room and bathroom. Tasty, high quality and varied breakfast. Located in a (quiet, high quality) pedestrian zone, but accessible by car to drop off bags. Just a very short walk to the lakeside promenade, with lots of restaurants, and the boat landing. We had a great couple of days there and loved the area.

The host voluntarily provided a list of nice restaurants, bakery, cafe in the neighbourhood. We enjoyed his recommendations. He also provided directions to a supermarket and to walk to town. The apartment had a clothes washing machine. Everything is new and in good condition. Everything was provided including toiletries, clothes detergent, kitchen roll. The apt is 2 minutes from an excellent bakery where we could buy breakfast and 5 mins from a supermarket. It is 3 mins from the lake. I requested additional pillows and the host was happy to provide them. I also pointed out the shower was draining slowly and he had it fixed by the next day .
