The hotel has great facilities- a lovely lobby area with board games, books, you can buy Fast lane ski pass( which has been great during the busy days), Spa and pool, big ski room, a small Kids Club. Lovely staff- everyone from lobby, restaurants, spa, and special thanks to Maria that accommodated all our needs and noticed her being friendly and profesional with all guests. Very good food- breakfast but also Lobby restaurant, a la carte and even buffet dinner. Will come again.

Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

Amazing apartment and location, away from the main steet, clean fresh air from the forest close by. Spa building is also 2 minutes away. Cleanest accomodation I have ever visited. There are 2 smart TVs, one in each room and you also get instant unlimited hot water from centra gasl water heating, no individual electric boilers in each apartment that take forever to make hot water(common bansko problem) another huge bonus are the long windows courtains, they actually block sunlight and you can sleep in after a long night without problems. The host is an amazing guy, we had some trouble on the road and arrived very late, he insisted on putting an alarm and waking up just to help us accomodate, he's very nice and someone you can depend on, he really cares about your wellbeing and wants to be told about any issue you might have so can he fix it or help in any way possible. You can't go wrong with this place.

I liked the balcony too. Clear communication with the owner. All good!

Featuring a garden, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Some units at the property feature a balcony with a river view. Everything was quite good. Apartment is very clean and looks like just on the pictures. It's located very close to city centre and the park. Thank you!

Guest House Chicho Tsane is situated in Bansko, 500 metres from the old town and main shopping street, and offers free sauna, hot tub and steam bath. Massage treatments are offered at an additional cost. The room was big and clean. They also served the best breakfast. The hosts are very accommodating. A 20-min walk to the gondola but not an issue because we enjoyed walking and I believe they also offer free shuttle upon request depending on availability.
